返金ポリシー
以下に記載されている場合を除き、何らかの理由でご満足いただけない場合、商品は配達後30日以内に返品され、全額返金または交換される場合があります（商品は新品/未使用である必要があります）。 返品された商品は元のパッケージに入っている必要があり、破損または誤った商品を受け取った場合を除き、返品の送料はお客様の負担となります。

Refund Policy
当社のウェブサイトでの注文については、商品が発送されていない限り、顧客は注文をキャンセルして全額返金することができます。 メールまたは電話でご連絡いただければ、ご注文キャンセルの確認メールをお送りします。 払い戻しは元の支払い方法に戻されます（クレジットカードまたはPaypalで支払いが行われた場合）。 銀行振込でお支払いの注文の場合は、銀行の詳細を入力してください。資金は銀行口座に返金されます。 払い戻しは、注文のキャンセルから48〜72時間以内に処理されます。
商品発送後にご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合は、商品代金＋付加価値税を返金いたします。 ただし、誤った商品や破損した商品が配送されない限り、配送料は返金されません。 ご注文が倉庫に返送されてから48〜72時間以内に払い戻しが処理されます。
